Punching

With 5 NC Turret presses, Tru-Way punches and then separates parts from flat metal sheets/blanks. Our skilled Programmers and Engineers ensure our machines run efficiently producing the smallest amount of scrap or waste achievable. Our programs are highly accurate, fast, and can be re-programmed when adjustments or changes are required.

Laser Cutting

Additionally to our Turret Machines, Tru-Way possesses the ability to cut parts from the flat metal sheets / blanks utilizing state of the art lasers. The lasers allow us to provide cost savings by reducing the need for specialized tooling if a part requires it. Furthermore, our laser cutting expands our capabilities in the thickness of material we can handle as well as increasing our hole sizes and shapes that are difficult for turret machines

Forming

Tru-Way posses 5 NC Press brakes, which range from 30 to 90 tons, that we use to form and bend parts to customer specifications. With skilled Operators, some having over decades of experience, every form and bend produced are precise and consistently accurate.

Welding

MIG, TIG, and Spot-Welding are another operation that Tru-Way facilitates in-house. We like to ensure the highest quality in all of our parts for our customers and by keeping this operation in house it allows us to ensure proper consistent weldments that are exact every time.

Hardware Insertion

Tru-Way utilizes our 5 hardware insertion machines to present a value added service to our customers. By pressing hardware into our products, we provide a further benefit – a complete part that can greatly reduce assembly time. Tru-Way takes pride in working with our customers to help them streamline their production and save cost.

Inspection

Throughout production Tru-Way conducts first-piece and in-process inspections. Furthermore, we utilize a state of the art Fabrivision Machine to inspect flat blanks once punched by our NC Turrets. Tru-Way’s inspection process ensures that the tooling we use and the processes we follow always produces 100% accurate parts.

Finishing & Secondary Services

In addition to the above processes, we at Tru-Way also work with a network of finishers to provide a complete line of secondary services. Such services include:

Shipping

Tru-Way makes every effort to achieve 100% on-time delivery. We support this goal by utilizing our company truck to transport parts, to and from vendors and clients. Additionally, we work with external freight services to transport parts nation-wide and internationally.
